Description/Job Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded Corporate Human Resources Recruiter [CR]. The CR, a new position for the company, will play a critical role in developing and growing the temporary placement division for Blackstone Consulting, Inc. This position is responsible for finding qualified individuals to fill the temporary needs of client companies and supporting Corporate and Operations (field) in finding qualified professional personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the enterprise
  • The development of local and national recruiting plans
  • Developing and employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources
  • Seeking out candidates with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a variety of positions
  • Developing and executing formal Recruiting Plans ensuring the timely delivery of resources, candidates and alignment with corporate goals and strategies.
  • Maintaining a vibrant and robust network of Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees to ensure quality and rapid response to client’s needs. 
  • Ensuring all administrative duties, record keeping, and metrics are kept current within 15 days of occurrence.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience recruiting administrative, technical and industrial positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Exceptional computer skills - particularly excel.
  • Superior communications skills – oral and written
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, goal and deadline oriented environment.
