• Monitors all areas of the location to ensure customer needs are being met and that employees are responsive to customer requests and expectations
• Monitors work of staff and assesses when improvement/training is needed
• Must hold all employees accountable for delivering excellent customer service
• Responsible for setting up and closing registers following cash handling procedures

Qualifications for starbucks supervisor

• Previous coffee experience preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Comply with, coach and model a dress code that prohibits displaying tattoos, piercings in excess of two per ear, and unnatural hair colors, such as blue or pink
• Communicate Safety Briefs and Inititatives
• Ability to pass food handlers, Serv-Safe, and TIPS certifications
