Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Operations, BCI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to deliver programs and projects in close collaboration with clients, team members and various department functions. As a Program Manager, you will coordinate efforts and lead overall programs with strong attention to detail, process, stakeholder engagement, and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for structuring and simplifying complex problems and ensuring commitments are aligned, delivered, optimized, and structured. This individual will be a self-driven, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who can think both strategically and tactically to get the job done. Salary range: $120,000-150,000 (Annual)
Responsibilities/Duties
Oversee day-to-day activities within the larger BCI program to meet organizational goals and requirements. This includes:
Drive and execute against BCI’s strategic roadmap
Deliver solutions with a focus on strategy, process, people, and stakeholder management impacts and outcomes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous, environment while delivering high-quality work on time
Coordinate workstreams, creation and maintenance of interlocking schedules, the tracking of dependencies, status, risks and progress for any one or multiple initiatives
Partner with field operation teams, clients, and partner organizations to ensure engagement and effective implementation of programs across the portfolio
Implement and provide guidance related to program management processes and policies
Coach, mentor and manage project managers with their assigned duties
Identify opportunities for teams to work more closely together by aligning goals, processes, and plans
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Understand end-to-end solutions and implementation paths, in order to execute large security initiatives
Ensure the compliance of program standards by making sure project plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures
Support the development and execution of change management strategies during key program or organizational changes and transitions

Preferred Skills
Ability to synthesize data and make data informed decisions
Excellent knowledge of change management principles
Required Experience
Experience in customer service and service delivery
One (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
Five (5) years of experience in program management or eight (8) years of experience in project management.
Preferred Experience
Proven track record of managing stakeholders and driving alignment and collaboration in a cross functional environment
Two (2) year of previous experience managing a team and developing direct reports
Project management certification, e.g. PMP
Lean/Six Sigma Certification
Required Education
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Preferred Education
Masters degree in business management or operations/strategy related area

WORKING CONDITIONS
