Job Title: Support Services Administrator
Reports To: MOC’s Program Manager
FLSA Status: NON-EXEMPT
Job Summary: Performs a wide variety of payroll, billing, and invoice reconciliation processing, along with record keeping and HR activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for paycheck advances, and processing terminations. Payroll, Billing, and Invoicing function to be performed with minimal margin of error and in accordance with BCI/Kaiser guidelines.
